IMAGINE Architectural Concrete Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage

IMAGINE Architectural Concrete provides the original property owner with a two (2) year non-transferable warranty on IMAGINE Architectural Concrete coating systems against defects in materials and workmanship.

This warranty covers coating bond failure resulting from defective materials or installation, including:

Chipping
Flaking
Peeling
Delamination

IMAGINE Architectural Concrete also warrants that all labor and installation will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.

If a covered defect is determined to exist, IMAGINE Architectural Concrete will repair or replace the affected area at its sole discretion.

Warranty coverage is valid only after the project has been paid in full.

Limitations and Exclusions

This warranty does not cover defects, damage, or failures resulting from any of the following conditions or events:

Damage caused by customer neglect, abuse, misuse, improper maintenance, or lack of reasonable care.
Damage caused by, including but not limited to, expansive soils, earth fill movement, settlement, landscape drainage issues, Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR), or Acts of God.
Moisture-related failures, including but not limited to hydrostatic pressure, moisture vapor transmission, irrigation leaks, plumbing leaks, pool leaks, drainage issues, standing water, groundwater intrusion, or water intrusion from any source beyond the control of IMAGINE Architectural Concrete.
IMAGINE Architectural Concrete shall not be responsible for coating failure, delamination, efflorescence, discoloration, blistering, peeling, or other conditions resulting from moisture or water intrusion originating beneath, around, or adjacent to the concrete slab.
IMAGINE Architectural Concrete shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or secondary damages resulting from the failure of a warranted item or the inability to provide service due to conditions beyond its control.
This warranty provides specific legal rights. Additional rights may vary from state to state.
Cracks that existed prior to resurfacing or were repaired as part of a remodel project are not warranted. The homeowner acknowledges that repaired cracks may reappear due to continued movement within the underlying concrete slab.
Concrete replacement work is warranted for two (2) years from the date of installation. Hairline cracks and normal surface checking are considered natural characteristics of concrete and are not covered under this warranty.

Concrete Cracking

Concrete is a natural product and may crack despite proper installation practices.

Hairline cracks, surface checking, and cosmetic cracking are considered normal characteristics of concrete and are not covered under this warranty.

Cracks exhibiting greater than 1/4 inch (¼”) vertical displacement or separation may qualify for repair or replacement at the sole discretion of IMAGINE Architectural Concrete.

Repair using professional-grade crack repair materials, sealants, caulking, or repair mortars shall be considered an acceptable warranty repair.

Paver Installation Warranty

IMAGINE Architectural Concrete warrants paver installation workmanship for two (2) years from the installation date.

If paver settlement occurs directly due to improper installation during the warranty period, IMAGINE Architectural Concrete will repair the affected area at its sole discretion.

Paver Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

Settlement or movement caused by expansive soils, earth movement, groundwater conditions, irrigation leaks, plumbing leaks, drainage issues, or conditions beyond IMAGINE Architectural Concrete’s control.
Damage resulting from tree roots, burrowing animals, insects, or other natural causes.
Efflorescence, color variation, color fading, staining, or normal weathering of pavers.
Polymeric sand erosion, washout, or deterioration caused by weather, pressure washing, water runoff, irrigation systems, or lack of maintenance.
Damage caused by excessive loads, vehicle traffic beyond intended use, impacts, or third-party modifications.
Isolated movement of individual pavers resulting from utility work, landscaping changes, or adjacent construction activities occurring after installation.
Normal maintenance, including periodic replenishment of joint sand and sealing (when applicable), is the property owner’s responsibility.

Warranty Claims

All warranty claims must be submitted through the IMAGINE Architectural Concrete Warranty Request Form and must include photographs of the affected area.

Submission of a warranty claim does not constitute approval of the claim. All claims are subject to inspection and evaluation by IMAGINE Architectural Concrete.
